Public Lodging Establishments; Prohibiting the Division of Hotels and Restaurants of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation from providing a correction period to public lodging establishments for a second or subsequent violation for failure to comply with certain requirements; requiring the division to impose the administrative fine for a second or subsequent violation, etc.
