Labor Pool Act; Provides labor pool satisfies requirements if its facilities meet minimum requirements in Florida Building Code & any local amendments thereto; requires aggrieved worker to provide specified notice to labor pool before bringing civil action; authorizes labor pool to cure alleged violations; requires civil action be brought within certain time period; provides exclusive remedies.
