Motor Vehicle Repair Work; Requires motor vehicle repair shop to request written crash report from customer; requires motor vehicle repair shop to prepare transaction form; requires DACS to approve such form; requires motor vehicle repair shop to maintain copy of transaction form for specified time; requires motor vehicle repair shop to deliver transaction forms to law enforcement by certain time; authorizes motor vehicle repair shop to use certain evidence in court; requires electronic transfer of transaction forms to law enforcement by motor vehicle repair shop; authorizes law enforcement to provide certain equipment to motor vehicle repair shop; specifies ownership & maintenance of equipment.
