GENERAL BILL by Williams
Juror Sanctions; Revises available sanctions for any person who is duly summoned to attend court as juror & fails to attend without any sufficient excuse; prohibits court from imposing term of imprisonment on any person who fails to attend as juror without any sufficient excuse & is found in contempt of court unless person is able to obtain legal representation.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law
