Multilingual Versions of Statewide Standardized Assessments; Requires DOE to develop & school districts to administer multilingual versions of certain statewide, standardized assessments in specified home languages to certain students who are or were English language learners; authorizes parents of eligible students to request monolingual version such assessments for their student; requires DOE to develop timetable & action plan to phase in administration of such assessments.
