GENERAL BILL by Appropriations
Correctional Facilities Capital Improvement; Requiring the deposit of appropriated funds and any net proceeds from the sale of bonds issued under the act into the Correctional Facilities Capital Improvement Trust Fund; requiring the Department of Corrections to include recommendations for the use of such funds in its annual legislative budget requests; requiring the department to contract with a construction management entity for projects exceeding a certain dollar amount, etc. APPROPRIATION: Indeterminate
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 2510 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
