Motor Vehicle Insurance; Repeals provisions, relating to application of Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law; revises requirement for proof of security on motor vehicle; revises motor vehicle insurance coverages that applicant must show to register vehicles with DHSMV; revises garage liability insurance requirements for motor vehicle dealer license applicants; revises minimum liability coverage requirements for motor vehicle owners or operators; revises legal liability of uninsured motorist coverage insurer; revises required coverages for motor vehicle insurance policy; requires that motor vehicle insurance policies provide death benefits provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $83,651
