Offenses Involving Children; Provides that ignorance of victim's age, misrepresentation of victim's age, & bona fide belief concerning victim's age are not defenses to certain offenses in which victim's age is an element of offense; provides an exception; revises age of victim involved in luring or enticing offenses; prohibits a person from luring or enticing victim out of a structure, dwelling, or conveyance for other than a lawful purpose, etc.
