SB 1018: Homestead Exemptions

GENERAL BILL by Ingoglia

Homestead Exemptions; Increasing the homestead tax exemption amount for all levies, except for assessments for special benefits; deleting homestead tax exemptions for all levies other than school district levies, etc.

Effective Date: On the effective date of the amendment to the State Constitution proposed by SJR 1016 or a similar joint resolution having substantially the same specified intent and purpose, if such amendment to the State Constitution is approved at the next general election or at an earlier special election specifically authorized by law for that purpose
