GENERAL BILL by Gottlieb
Crimes Evidencing Prejudice; Expands grounds for reclassification of crimes to include acts of prejudice based on gender of victim; specifies that reclassification occurs if crime was based in whole or in part on actual or perceived characteristics of victim; provides for reclassification of crime if it was based in whole or in part on actual or perceived mental or physical disability of victim.
