Florida Virtual School; Deleting provisions requiring the Florida Virtual School to give priority to certain students; providing that officers and employees are granted sovereign immunity in addition to the board of trustees; providing that certain expenditures are contingent upon review and approval by the Florida Virtual School president and chief executive officer or authorized designees, rather than the executive director, etc.
