Juvenile Justice; Providing for appointment of counsel in certain circumstances; providing for payment of counsel; revising provisions for a child’s punishment for contempt of court; revising provisions related to case staffing and the composition of the case staff committee; authorizing a child to be taken into custody pursuant to a finding of contempt; providing for early truancy intervention; specifying when a guardian ad litem may be appointed for a child, etc.
