GENERAL BILL by Trumbull

Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; Requiring certain drivers found to be operating commercial motor vehicles in a certain condition to complete a specified examination, test, and vehicle inspection; authorizing the department and tax collectors, as agents of the department, to deliver certain documents, including duplicate registration certificates, in person or by mail; revising the year by which the Legislature intends that the transition of certain services to certain tax collectors be complete; authorizing the issuance of a Class E driver license to certain persons, if eligible, etc.
