GENERAL BILL by Leek
Controlled Substances; Excepting from the Schedule I controlled substance xylazine drug products approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration labeled for and prescribed or dispensed by veterinarians; adding xylazine as a Schedule III controlled substance; providing criminal penalties and requiring a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment if a person sells, manufactures, or delivers or possesses with intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver xylazine, etc.
