Removal of Altered Sexual Depictions Posted Without Consent; Citing this act as “Brooke’s Law”; requiring covered platforms to establish a process by a specified date for removal of altered sexual depictions posted without the consent of the identifiable person; providing immunity for good faith compliance, etc.
