Improving Screening for and Treatment of Blood Clots; Requires stroke registry to include blood clot & pulmonary embolism registry; requires certain facilities to report specified information to registry beginning on certain date; requires AHCA to submit specified information to Governor & Legislature; provides limitation on purpose of publication of information from registry; requires hospitals with emergency departments & ambulatory surgical centers to develop & implement policies & procedures & conduct training for rendering of appropriate medical attention for persons at risk of forming blood clots, pulmonary embolisms, or deep vein thromboses; revises requirements for certain annual inservice training for certified nursing assistants employed by nursing home facilities; revises training requirements for certain certified nursing assistants who may be delegated tasks in nursing home facilities; revises minimum standards for care of residents in assisted living facilities; revises requirements for core competency test for administrators of assisted living facilities.
