SB 1442: Construction Defects

GENERAL BILL by McClain

Construction Defects; Providing that deviations from the initial plans and specifications for construction projects are not considered construction defects; revising the timeframe in which a claimant representing more than a certain number of parcels must serve written notice of claim to certain parties; revising the timeframe in which the parties served may perform a reasonable inspection of the property; revising the persons to whom the parties served may serve a notice of claim, etc.
