GENERAL BILL by Collins
Criminal Justice; Prohibiting the use of a motor vehicle kill switch; providing an exception; providing a minimum mandatory sentence for attempted murder of specified justice system personnel; providing that a person convicted of manslaughter of a specified officer while the officer was engaged in his or her duties shall be sentenced to life in prison without eligibility for release; providing correctional probation officers with the same firearms rights as law enforcement officers, etc.
