GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Collins

Criminal Justice; Prohibiting the use of motor vehicle kill switches; providing exceptions; providing a minimum mandatory sentence for attempted murder of specified justice system personnel; providing correctional probation officers with the same firearms rights as law enforcement officers; prohibiting a person from depriving certain officers of digital recording devices or restraint devices, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect July 1, 2025, this act shall take effect October 1, 2025
