Rec./Victims of Crime; Expands exemption from public record for names of crime victims as well as documents or records that could locate or harass victim or victim’s family; provides that certain records identifying law enforcement officers who become crime victims are confidential for limited periods of time; provides extension of time if certain procedures are followed; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.
