Apprenticeship and Preapprenticeship Program Funding; Revising requirements for the uniform minimum standards and policies governing apprenticeship and preapprenticeship programs and agreements to include requirements for partnerships between local educational agencies and apprenticeship and preapprenticeship programs; requiring the Department of Education to develop a standard model contract template for local educational agencies and apprenticeship and preapprenticeship programs; providing requirements for District Workforce Education Funding Steering Committee meetings, etc.
