Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders; Defining the term “person-first language”; revising the minimum standards for a mobile crisis response service; requiring that an individualized treatment plan be reevaluated within a specified timeframe to ensure the recommended care remains necessary for a patient; requiring the Department of Children and Families to review and evaluate the discharge procedures and policies for all receiving facilities; requiring the department to reevaluate assessment services at specified intervals to ensure a patient’s clinical needs are being met, etc.
