Boating Safety; Citing this act as "Lucy's Law"; revising the definition of the term “livery vessel”; revising and providing penalties for vessel collisions, accidents, and casualties; requiring the suspension of driver licenses for boating under the influence and reckless or careless operation of a vessel; requiring a vessel operator to submit to a blood test without probable cause in cases of death or serious bodily injury, etc.
