Legal Tender; Specifies that gold coin & silver coin are legal tender for specified purpose; prohibits persons from being required to offer or accept any legal tender for specified purpose; prohibits persons from incurring liability for refusing to offer or accept legal tender; specifies that governmental entity that tenders or accepts gold coin or silver coin need not comply with certain provisions; requires custodians of gold coin or silver coin which hold public deposits to meet certain requirements; requires OFR to approve application & application renewal for custodian of gold coin or silver coin under certain circumstances; prohibits persons from engaging in or advertising that they engage in activity of custodian of gold coin or silver coin for compensation without license; specifies that obligations of custodian to owner of gold coin or silver coin are fiduciary in nature for specified purpose.
