Advanced Air Mobility; Provides sovereign immunity for certain vertiport operators; provides for future legislative review & repeal; authorizes DOT to fund up to specified percentages of vertiport project costs; provides requirements for DOT; requires DOT to expeditiously approve certain vertiports; preempts regulation of vertiport design, aeronautical operations, & aviation safety to this state; provides exceptions; preempts regulation of electric aircraft charging stations & associated infrastructure to this state; prohibits local governmental entity from enacting or enforcing certain ordinances & regulations; provides requirements for local governmental entities.
