Public Records/Office of Financial Regulation/Cybersecurity Event; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for information received by the Office of Financial Regulation pursuant to certain cybersecurity event provisions relating to information systems and customer information of loan originators, mortgage brokers, and mortgage lenders and for information received by the office as a result of investigations and examinations of such cybersecurity events; providing an exemption from public records requirements for information received by the office pursuant to certain cybersecurity event provisions relating to information systems and customer information of money services businesses and for information received by the office as a result of investigations and examinations of such cybersecurity events; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 540 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
