Early Childhood Education; Revising the definition of the terms “child care facility” and “child care personnel”; revising the minimum standards for child care facility licensing; deleting provisions that require large family child care homes to provide parents of enrolled children information relating to certain viruses and the risks of leaving children in vehicles; prohibiting insurers from denying, cancelling, or refusing to renew a policy for residential property insurance on the basis that the policyholders or applicants operate large family child care homes, etc.
