11.243  Publishing Florida Statutes; price, sale.--

(1)  The joint committee shall continue the statutory revision system heretofore adopted in this state and shall bring the general acts of the Legislature within the revision system, as promptly after the adjournment of the legislative session as possible.

(2)  All copies of the Florida Statutes shall be delivered by the printer to the joint committee, which shall distribute copies to the public and governmental entities, including the judicial branch, at a price to be fixed by the joint committee.

(3)  All moneys collected by the joint committee from the sale of the Florida Statutes or other publications shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to the appropriation for legislative expense.
