Reports of abuse in facilities.
Reports of abuse in facilities.
400.4174 Reports of abuse in facilities.--When an employee, volunteer, administrator, or owner of a facility has a confirmed report of adult abuse, neglect, or exploitation, as defined in s. 415.102, or child abuse or neglect, as defined in 1s. 415.503, and the protective investigator knows that the individual is an employee, volunteer, administrator, or owner of a facility, the agency shall be notified of the confirmed report.
