The Florida Senate

513.05  Rules.--The department may adopt such rules pertaining to the location, construction, equipment, and operation of mobile home parks, lodging parks, recreational vehicle parks, and recreational camps except as provided in s. 633.022, as may be necessary to implement this chapter.
