258.398  Lake Weir Aquatic Preserve.--The following described area in Marion County is designated by the Legislature for inclusion into the aquatic preserve system under the Florida Aquatic Preserve Act of 1975. Such area, to be known as the Lake Weir Aquatic Preserve, shall be included in the aquatic preserve system and shall include the following described property: The Lake Weir Aquatic Preserve shall consist of those state-owned sovereignty submerged lands lying below the ordinary high-water line of said lake, located in Marion County. The preserve is more specifically described as consisting of those sovereignty submerged lands lying south and west of county highway 25, in Township 17 South, Range 23 East, sections 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 23, 24, 25, and 26, and in Township 17 South, Range 24 East, sections 4, 5, 6, 9, 16, 18, 19, 20, and 21.
