Notice of change of address or name; provider licensees and broker licensees.
626.9919 Notice of change of address or name; provider licensees and broker licensees.--Each viatical settlement provider licensee and each viatical settlement broker licensee must provide the department at least 30 days' advance notice of any change in the licensee's name, residence address, principal business address, or mailing address.
