Viators with dependent children.
626.993 Viators with dependent children.--Before a viatical settlement provider may enter into a viatical settlement with a viator, the viatical settlement provider must ascertain if the viator has any dependent children. If the viator has any dependent children, the viator may not viaticate more than 50 percent of the face value of the policy.
