658.2954  Relocation.--Any state bank, upon prior approval by the department, is authorized to relocate its principal place of business, into a state contiguous to this state, but not more than 30 miles across the state line, merging with an affiliated bank in the host state and retaining branches in both states, until June 1, 1997.
