Short title.
Short title.
1408.031 Short title.--Sections 408.031-408.045 shall be known and may be cited as the "Health Facility and Services Development Act."

1Note.--Section 18, ch. 2000-318, provides that "[a]pplications for certificates of need submitted under section 408.031-408.045, Florida Statutes, before the effective date of this act shall be governed by the law in effect at the time the application was submitted."
