1003.04  Student conduct and parental involvement goals.--

(1)  It is the goal of the Legislature and each district school board that each public K-12 student remain in attendance throughout the school year, unless excused by the school for illness or other good cause, and comply fully with the school's code of conduct.

(2)  It is the goal of the Legislature and each district school board that the parent of each public K-12 student comply with the school's reasonable and time-acceptable parental involvement requests.
