Exemptions from applicability.
Exemptions from applicability.
348.0012 Exemptions from applicability.--The Florida Expressway Authority Act does not apply:
(1) In a county in which an expressway authority has been created pursuant to parts II-IX of this chapter; or
(2) To a transportation authority created pursuant to chapter 349.
