| This project will create a Mini-Transit Service and provide three (3) 24 passengers jitney vehicles to transport children and adults and provide a safe and economical alternative method of transporatation. |

| There is no avenue for public transportation provided in the Florida Keys. Providing transit services will result in minimizing vehicular traffic and would alleviate congestion of US Highway 1. In addition, providing this infrastructure would assist very low and low income individuals to access employment and qualify for housing funds. |
