| Design and construction of a stormwater management facility within the Watson Bayou drainage basin between 11th street, 13th street east avenue and College Avenue in Panama city. The proposed 15 acre stormwater facility is to be located on a city owned parcel and will provide approximately 110 acre feet of stormwater attenuation and 32 acre feet of treatment volume within the Watson Bayou Basin |
