CCW has been a service provider for Neighborhood Watch programs for 30 years, implementing programs & training to police and citizens, our outreach programs are well recognized throughout the state, therefore making CCW a statewide educational resource center for those agencies and citizens that need materials, training with their multi-cultural community, especially when dealing with natural disaster, homeland security issues.

Project Description:
Implementation of Neighborhood Watch in all multi-cultural communities, provide educational materials in Spanish, English Creole, train residents in preparation for natural disasters, homeland security techniques, educate youth in schools in crime prevention techniques, train law enforcement in working with the newly arrived immigrants and neighborhood watch involvement.

: Increase the number of Neighborhood Watch groups in the State of Florida, bring a reduction of crime in targeted areas, increase the awareness of homeland security, and preparation for national disasters, increase the cooperation of residents and law enforcement to improve the quality of life in targeted areas.
