| Implementation of Neighborhood Watch in all multi-cultural communities, provide educational materials in Spanish, English Creole, train residents in preparation for natural disasters, homeland security techniques, educate youth in schools in crime prevention techniques, train law enforcement in working with the newly arrived immigrants and neighborhood watch involvement. |
