| Project Description: |
| The organization will provide prevention programs to youth ages 6 to 18 throughout Pasco County through the use of the curriculum SMART Moves. The program will seek to provide youth with training and education in the areas of prevention of alcohol, tobacco, other drugs and teen pregnancy programs. The program will seek to provide youth with education and training in the areas of positive decision making and goal setting to offset the pressures of delinquent behavior. |

| Measurable Outcome Anticipated: |
| Of the youth participating in the program the following outcomes will be measured:
75% of the participants will increase their post test scores as a result of being in the program.
80% of the youth will complete at least 10 of the 12 weeks of the program.
70% will not participate in delinquent behavior as a result of participating in the program.
