| The Morton Plant Hospital Memory Disorders Clinic, one of the 15 state designated memory disorders clinics (designated in 2004), which is part of the comprehensive Neuroscience Institute, offers a full continuum of care with services ranging from neuropsychology, neurology and neurosurgery to social services, speech therapy and occupational therapy, which will reduce the long-term impact of memory disorders, reduce disability, and will help patients maintain a higher level of functionality. |

| Diagnosis and treatment of patients with memory disorders in Pinellas and Pasco Counties. Provide access to community resources for patients and families with memory loss in Pinellas and Pasco Counties. |
