Project Description:
The Children's Harbor residential treatment facility will be designed and constructed as an intimate cluster of single-family homes providing children with a stable, safe, and secure living environment promoting a nurturing and fulfilling lifestyle. In addition to the actual homes of the children, a Director's home will also be constructed.

It is hoped that through the experience of living at Children's Harbor, the children will develop those skill sets necessary to become proactive and positive members of the community not only improving their lives, but the lives of those they touch.
