Project Description: |
The purpose of this project is to extend a reclaimed water main from the existing
reclaimed water trunk main to the Deer Run Golf Course, in order to provide
reclaimed water for irrigation purposes. At present, the golf course utilizes two
Floridan Aquifer wells, an 8" and a 12" diameter well, as the sources of water for
irrigation, and has a 20 year CUP (#8365) issued by the District. A withdrawal of
70.0 mgy or 0.19178 mgd is authorized by this CUP. The proposed project would
take these wells out of service and provide an alternative source of water, the City
reclaimed water system. |
