Project Description:
Establishment of a Community Outreach Center in the Pine Manor Community to assist in neighborhood revitalization. Programming will target two specific groups of youth and young adults: 1. those who are economically challenged and need opportunity and confidence for personal advancement through educational programs; and 2. those who need to be reached and rescued from at-risk or criminal behavior. Programs would include: remediation classes; job skills training and apprenticeship tracks; after school tutorial assistance; anger management classes; GED classes; life skills training; drug and alcohol recovery support
