| When completed, the Lake Mary Community Center will be the only public facility in Seminole County that will accommodate a large number of guests and provide the exceptional amenities necessary for a successful operation. The lack of meeting/convention/banquet space in this area, coupled with the large number of corporate headquarters, will ensure fiscal self-sufficiency.
Although the primary use will be to provide cultural, social, and recreational opportunities for our citizens, the facility will certainly encourage a further influx of business and increase revenues to local merchants and hotels. The proximity of golf courses, tennis facilities, and athletic fields will add to the interest and use of the facility.
Portions of the building will be used as a shelter in the event of severe weather.

| Construct a 11,000 square foot Community Building on the shore of West Crystal Lake in Lake Mary, Florida. The building will contain conference, banquet, and meeting rooms and will accommodate 250 guests using various configurations. The lakefront property is owned by the City. |
