Agency recognition.
260.018 Agency recognition.--All agencies of the state, regional planning councils through their comprehensive plans, and local governments through their local comprehensive planning process pursuant to chapter 163 shall recognize the special character of the lands and waters designated by the state as greenways and trails and shall not take any action which will impair their use as designated.
