Registration of labor organizations required.
447.06 Registration of labor organizations required.--
(1) Every labor organization operating in the state shall make a report under oath, in writing, to the Division of Jobs and Benefits of the Department of Labor and Employment Security annually, on or before December 31. Such report shall be filed by the secretary or business agent of such labor organization, shall be in such form as the division may prescribe, and shall show the following facts:
(a) The name of the labor organization;
(b) The location of its office; and
(c) The name and address of the president, secretary, treasurer, and business agent.
(2) At the time of filing such report, it shall be the duty of every such labor organization to pay the division an annual fee therefor in the sum of $1.
