Disposition of fines, penalties, and forfeitures.
1372.72 Disposition of fines, penalties, and forfeitures.--
(1) All moneys collected from fines, penalties, or forfeitures of bail of persons convicted under this chapter shall be deposited in the fine and forfeiture fund of the county where such convictions are had, except for the disposition of moneys as provided in subsection (2).
(2) All moneys collected from fines, penalties, or forfeitures of bail of persons convicted of violations of rules, regulations, or orders of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission concerning endangered or threatened species or of violation of s. 372.662, s. 372.663, s. 372.667, or s. 372.671 shall be deposited in the Nongame Wildlife Trust Fund.
