470.028  Preneed sales; registration of agents.--

(1)  All sales of preneed funeral service contracts or direct disposition contracts shall be made pursuant to chapter 497.

(2)  No person may act as an agent for a funeral director, funeral establishment, direct disposer, or direct disposer establishment with respect to the sale of preneed contracts unless such person is registered pursuant to chapter 497.

(3)  Each licensee or registrant shall be subject to discipline if his or her agent violates any provision of this chapter applicable to such licensee or registrant.
