2001 Florida Statutes
Form of ballot.
1138.05 Form of ballot.--The clerk of the circuit court of any county in this state, when the names of the towns, villages and cities required in s. 138.04 have been furnished him or her, shall have printed, at the expense of the county, a suitable ballot to be used in said election, said ballot to contain, in alphabetical order, the names of all such towns, villages and cities, and no other places shall be printed on the said ballots; provided, that in counties where the use of voting machines is now or may hereafter be authorized by law, the requirements of this section shall, insofar as practicable, be adapted to the use of said voting machines.
